Anthony, 22, is currently charged with child neglect, filing a false report to law enforcement at his daughter Caylee death and 13 counts of economic crimes. Grand jurors will review the evidence to see if there is enough to charge Anthony with murder and continue with the prosecution. Anthony reported her daughter missing in July. Casey Anthony will presumably be charged with murder on Thursday in the case of his absence of three years, daughter Caylee Marie.
